This is f*cking insane. Sam Altman (CEO of OpenAI):
"We're going to see 10-person billion-dollar companies pretty soon."
"Astra does in one afternoon what your team plans for a quarter. And it shipped three days ago."
In 22 seconds he says the thing most people will read, feel inspired by for three minutes, and forget
anyone can watch it, almost nobody ships something before they finish talking about it

This is f*cking insane.
Andrej Karpathy (ex-OpenAI, ex-Tesla) did the napkin math on who actually uses AI:
~6 billion people have barely touched it
~1-2 billion use a free chatbot like a better Google
~20 million watch agents finish weeks of work from one prompt
That's 0.2% of the planet
His reason: the payoff scales with the size of the problem. "A question with a paragraph answer barely stresses the system"
So stop asking it questions. Give it a job that runs every day
This prompt turns Opus 5.5 into that job: it runs on a schedule, learns from every mistake and hands the boring work to a model 40x cheaper

This is f*cking insane. OpenAI CEO Sam Altman:
"You don't need to write prompts anymore"
In a 38-minute lecture for Stanford students, he breaks down how to get more out of ChatGPT than almost anyone does
A friend sent me the recording
I watched it last night and realized I was using maybe 15% of what ChatGPT can actually do
Worth more than any $1,500 AI course I've come across

This is f*cking insane... Andrej Karpathy. 8 years at OpenAI and Tesla.
Last week he packed everything he knows into one free 2-hour lecture.
Agents → Loops → Harness → Graphs
People burn $15k on bootcamps that cover less than this.
2 hours feels like a lot right now.

REA (Reverse Engineer Anything) - this open source MCP lets your AI agent reverse engineer any app, down to the binary
it's less than 7 months old and already the 5th most-starred repo on all of GitHub
i just had Opus 5.5 build my own Lightroom-style photo editor from scratch. Adobe charges $69.99 a month for Creative Cloud Pro, mine costs $0 - software is cooked
here is how to use REA to rebuild Lightroom from scratch:
1. point REA at Lightroom's public interface and map every major feature, from the develop sliders to presets, the library and export
2. trace how the app behaves when you move a slider, stack edits, undo, sync settings across photos and export a batch
3. use REA's MCP tools only on software you're authorized to inspect, and trace the app logic wherever the evidence allows
4. feed everything to Claude Opus 5.5 and havn into a technical spec and a build plan
5. rebuild the photo engine independently: whhlights, shadows, clarity, dehaze, vibrance, alive histogram and a non-destructive edit stack
6. add the parts people actually pay for: presets, synced settings across 1,000 photos, batch export. mine re-renders
a full 1.7-megapixel edit in about 60 ms, andr touched
7. test every component against documented an what fails, repeat until it actually works
8. you end up with your own Lightroom-style e, no subscription, features you can keepextending
i won't say anything more:
HOLY SH*T...
Sam Altman (OpenAI CEO) says his CEO group chat has a betting pool on the year the first one-person billion-dollar company shows up
Anthropic's CEO already named the year: 2026

AI voice agents have a bug so dumb it sounds fake: they hear their own voice and think it's you
agent starts talking, its voice leaks from the speaker back into the mic and it interrupts itself mid-sentence
then it asks "sorry, could you repeat that?" to a person who never said a word
Soniox v6 just fixed it right inside speech recognition
agent's own words now go straight into the model, so it knows exactly what it just said
its own voice gets filtered out, and it still hears you the second you cut in
60+ languages in one model, and you can mix them mid-sentence
Genspark and Agora already picked Soniox as their speech-to-text
your voice agent can finally stop arguing with itself
🤝 Paid partnership
Introducing Soniox STT v6, the world’s first speech recognition model that knows what your voice agent is saying and automatically filters out the agent’s own voice.
Two connected innovations make this possible:
→ Agent text input gives recognition context from both sides of the conversation, improving its understanding of user responses.
→ Agent voice echo cancellation filters out the agent’s playback while continuing to listen to the user, even when they interrupt.
The result: fewer false interruptions, fewer clarification loops, and more reliable conversations.
V6 also delivers significantly higher accuracy across 60+ languages for voice typing, meeting transcription, multilingual recognition, and real-time translation, with stronger speaker diarization, language identification, endpoint detection, and context customization.
One unified speech model. All 60+ languages. The full feature set, with languages freely mixed.
Available now for real-time streaming and asynchronous transcription.

this paper on Claude Code is f*cking insane
it's pretty much the 9-step loop you wrap around Claude Code before you ever let it touch a repo
every step, every formula, the full copy-paste template, all of it spelled out
paste it into Opus 5.5 once and your agent goes from guessing to planning, checking and fixing its own work
crazy part is anthropic has been recommending most of these pieces in their docs all along: CLAUDE.md, a check to run, a fresh reviewer subagent
and almost everyone still just types "fix this bug" and wonders why the agent breaks things
bookmark it before this gets buried

Opus 5.5 just rebuilt a real moment from inside the Large Hadron Collider
two protons crash at almost the speed of light and the whole thing is over in 36 billionths of a second
nothing here is made up. every line you see is a real particle CERN caught in 2012
and CERN flagged this exact crash as a possible "god particle"
Opus 5.5 slowed it down hundreds of millions of times so you can actually watch it
ELON ASKED EVERY FEDERAL EMPLOYEE WHAT THEY GOT DONE LAST WEEK. NOW GROK BOT ASKS MY AI AGENTS THE SAME THING EVERY FRIDAY
5 bullets. that was the whole format
the humans had until Monday night. my agents get 30 seconds and one extra rule:
every bullet needs a receipt. a file, a link, a diff, a sent message. no receipt, no bullet
then Grok Bot sorts the replies:
-> KEEP: the bullets check out and the work got used
-> PROBATION: real work, but you had to fix it
-> FIRE: 5 bullets, 0 receipts
-> UNKNOWN: no reply. check its next run
the FIRE replies are always the most confident. "aligned the strategy." "drove cross-agent synergy." "monitored key signals"
that's not a week of work. that's a LinkedIn headline
and it only recommends. you decide who goes
the full Friday review is in the article below. save it before your agents learn to fake receipts
ELON CUT TWITTER FROM JUST UNDER 8,000 PEOPLE TO ABOUT 1,500. THE SITE KEPT RUNNING
your AI agents have never had a single layoff
every agent you hire stays on payroll forever. every timer keeps firing. nobody checks if the output gets used
so I gave Grok Bot one question to ask every routine:
would anyone notice if it stopped running?
-> a 15-minute timer wakes up 672 times a week. count how many of those runs anyone opened
-> a reviewer that approved 672 of 672 runs caught nothing
-> a manager agent whose whole output is summaries of the other agents
-> a digest of the manager's digest, read by nobody
on the sample stack in the video that's 25 routines down to 5. -80%, the same cut as Twitter
it recommends, you decide. miss one next week? rehire it with a narrower job
the layoff prompt is in the article below. run it before your AI payroll runs you
"your doctor has 15 minutes. ai has your entire history and never forgets a word"
i used to think this was hype
then i had a mystery symptom for 2 years, 7 doctors, zero real answers
ran it through a personal medical agent i built on a random wednesday - full symptom log, bloodwork, timeline
it flagged something in my inflammatory markers that three separate specialists missed
cross-referenced 60 million clinical cases, pointed me to a specific autoimmune test
came back positive
spent over two years chasing that answer
ai found it in 40 minutes, for free
my doctor is a genuinely good person - but she had 15 minutes of context every 6 months
ai had everything, all at once
credential gap between a doctor and software closed years ago - nobody told the patients
Holy f*ck, Grok Bot + REA just turned a regular off-the-shelf drone into a fully autonomous interceptor
No missiles. No expensive military hardware and human pilot on the sticks.
Here’s the setup we ran:
→ Took a standard drone and gave Grok Bots the full mission context
→ Fed it the geofence boundaries, threat profiles and engagement rules
→ Grok Bot wrote the autonomy logic for detection, tracking and intercept decisions
→ Onboard computer vision + simple state machine did the rest
What you see in the simulation:
→ Target acquired (bounding box locks on)
→ Geofence enforced - the hostile drone is forced inside the safe zone
→ Interceptor closes in and forces a controlled landing on the pad
REA // AUTONOMOUS INTERCEPT
Old drone + Grok Bot reasoning + basic vision stack = something that used to require a whole defense contractor team.
The interceptor doesn’t just chase. It decides when to engage, stays inside the geofence, and brings the target down cleanly.
Simulation. But the logic and setup are real
I LET GROK BOT RUN A PRIVACY X-RAY ON ME AT A COFFEE SHOP. I TURNED MY WIFI OFF AND HAVEN'T TURNED IT BACK ON
I connected to "CoffeeHaus_Guest". open network, no password
I asked Grok Bot one thing: show me what a stranger sitting here can see about my phone
60 seconds. 47 signals. it didn't touch anyone else's device, just read what mine was shouting into the room:
-> my phone was broadcasting its name and a fixed ID. trackable in every shop I walk into
-> it was calling out for 7 saved WiFi names. Home, work, an airline lounge. a map of my life
-> my DNS was in the clear. a bank, a pharmacy, a dating app. anyone on that network saw the list
-> a fitness app was posting over plain http with my GPS in the payload
-> 41 tracker calls in one minute from apps I wasn't even using
I did nothing wrong. I turned on WiFi. that was the whole thing
the fix was 4 toggles, not a degree:
-> VPN on
-> forget networks + auto-join off
-> private / random MAC address
-> no logins on open WiFi, ever
screenshot that list. it's the entire defense
your phone is having a very loud conversation about you in every cafe you sit in. mute it
Holy shhhh, Grok Bot just pulled $1,847 out of my subscriptions and forgotten refunds in one night
No VA. No $200/month app. No spreadsheets.
I gave one Bot three jobs and went to sleep:
→ Subscription Killer scanned every charge on my cards for the last 12 months
→ Refund Hunter filed the opt-outs and chargeback requests automatically
→ Receipt Auditor cross-checked everything and only asked me once
The messages it sent me:
“Canceled 7 subscriptions. $312/month gone.”
“Filed 4 refunds. 2 already approved — $847.”
“Found unused Adobe + Notion + Canva. Want me to kill them too?”
It works 24/7 on its own computer. I just approved the final list in the morning
your AI agent has a company card and no performance review
it runs, retries and calls tools. then you spend the evening fixing its output and call it automation
I made a one-page review that prices accepted work, not activity
-> done condition before every run
-> evidence attached to every result
-> model, tool and infrastructure costs included
-> your review + repair minutes converted into money
-> same tasks compared against a manual baseline
-> 0 accepted results = failed review, never "cheap automation"
the formula is uncomfortable:
cost per accepted result = (model + tools + infra + human time at your hourly rate) / accepted results
a cheaper model can lose if it creates more repair work
the doc gives you the full review + a read-only audit prompt. fill it from real logs, missing data stays UNKNOWN
save it before hiring another agent and read guide below
