Lake Highlands Girls Basketball

A new season brings new opportunities, and Lake Highlands girls basketball is putting in the work to build another competitive team! Lake Highlands girls basketball head coach Kelly Meiklejohn joined us at RevoStudios for Coaches Corner to discuss the Lady Wildcats’ offseason preparation, the challenges of replacing key contributors, and the importance of building chemistry with a new group of players. For Meiklejohn, every season brings a different team with its own strengths, challenges, and personality. These offseason competitions allow the coaching staff to evaluate how players work together, identify areas that need additional attention in practice, and help the Lady Wildcats become more comfortable within the program’s expectations. With a new group continuing to develop its identity, Lake Highlands is focused on building chemistry, establishing consistency, and making sure its players are prepared for the challenges ahead.
