The new Wishing Tree Park in West Carson in LA has been over 30 years in the making. The community worked over generations to turn a brownfield site into a gorgeous community park. We were honored to share the opening day with them. 📸:@lacountyparks

.@CAgovernor—over 100 groups urge you to fund the 43 projects pending at @CaliforniaWCB! To meet the state's #30x30CA goals for #conservation, #biodiversity, & #climateaction, we can't wait. Sudden funding delays will cause these projects to fail, halting CA's climate progress.

To truly achieve #OutdoorsForAll, we must fund California’s parks & green spaces, not cut the modest funding our leaders committed to. Thank you Alf Brandt and @RendonAD62's office, for meeting with us to discuss park investments-- Let's #PrioritizeParks for all Californians!
