Lets look at the most recent B05 as if it had the old feats 3 kills system
TL vs Lyon
Game 1: 17:51
Game 2: 14:49
Game 3: 4:30
Game 4: 23:28
Game 5: 23:20 (Not including over 5 minute pause)
You cannot tell me this is a good product
People blaming seeding... reminder of MSI
Pool 1 = Top 4 at MSI
Pool 2= Top 2's 2nd seed + 5th region 1st seed
(LCP 1 3-1 LPL2) (Only LOS as an issue)
Reverse T1 vs LOS's seeding and it was perfect for 14/16 teams
The 2 being D+ & MKOI swap, LCS2>LEC2 MSI playin

I didn’t want to call it out at the time because I felt like it would kill the vibe of opening day but what Blaber said in that Hype video straight up pissed me off
“I wouldn’t say NA has the best chance of winning worlds this year”
The hell are you saying that for??
My thoughts on pre tournement expectations for LCP (1/3)
1. TSW... community delusion? Im seeing Hizto rated as below every other JG but look at his MSI- Look at the losses vs HLE
Game 1 100% kp
Game 2 76.5% KP
Game 3 77.8% KP% with 834 DPM
INTO smurfing vs TES
20/4/27 KDA
Great to see this... even with no fearless (all game 1s) look at the meta
6 Tops
7 JGs
6 mids
4 ADC
4 Supp
We are so close to an Amazing Worlds meta with Lucian + Yunara nerfed before worlds
EMEA G1
BIG vs FEC -BANGER FEC could win if follow up 14 mins 2 man bard R like they did at 20 mins
FEC 3 drag vs BIG 1.5k lead (macro diff) fight goes to BIG and end
VLR LDS, CBOI farms mid EMEA teams +adc diff
SC CG Megastomp... as expected
JSK BAR- Megastomp... to JSK!!!
wow... this is disgraceful
There was a mistake on the form when it was published that excluded OCE as an option. It’s now reflecting correctly in the form.
Context:
When this was being drafted, there was consideration if we need to be specific by categorizing OCE to multiple selections such as Australia, New Zealand, etc like how we did in the form with SG MY ID (historically been a singular competitive region) but was published without it.
If you are a TO applying to run only for a specific country in OCE, please use the “Other” option and let us know.
Apologies for the confusion it caused.

[TL;DR]: We fucked it on the costreamers video, we deserve our lumps, and we hope the LCS community will give us a chance to learn and grow
In 24 hours our LCS team plays an elimination Best of 5 for Worlds, yet the match itself is going to be overshadowed by a tone deaf youtube doc about costreamers we published 5 months ago with a clickbait thumbnail of Caedrel.
An objectively great outcome for the LCS (the 50k new unique viewers that Caedrel brings) will be coming to the matches this weekend most excited about hatewatching our team - It’s deeply embarrassing that we started this chain reaction through our own misfire. At FlyQuest we only have the utmost respect and appreciation for the support costreams provide - League of Legends esports still thrives in 2026 because of the hard work and community building of creators like Caedrel & IWDominate.
The worst part for me is that there will be reasonable people out there who think that FlyQuest hates Caedrel (we do not) or hates costreamers (we do not). That simple fact tells you how much a video intended to have a nuanced discussion on the rise of costreaming missed the mark in content and execution.
Pointing out the above isn’t trying to avoid taking accountability for our mistake - We inadvertently blindsided some of the biggest contributors to the space which is unacceptable regardless of our intent, and for that and the toxicity it brought to them I apologize. At the same time, I’d like to also pass on my apologies to our creators LS, Basil & Grim and our LCS players who should be focusing on LCS playoffs - We have unfairly dragged them into a topic they didn’t endorse, and any scorn they’ve received should be redirected to FlyQuest and only us.
All there is to do now for us is to focus on making future positive contributions to the LCS scene and support the boys Worlds push. As a loyal Caedrel viewer, I'll be in twitch chat as always tomorrow - I know I'll see you all there!
Dhokla is 7-2 vs BB in his carrer,
Dhokla has won every matchup since 2019 summer when BB was on TSM and Dhokla was on Optic
Dhokla is 5-0 vs G2
MKOI import Dhokla?
A massively positive change to what LCP should have been when it first started, However quite a horrifying quote when the global fund is only stated to conitnue for 2027
The LCP is evolving!
A wider and more open ecosystem is coming to the APAC region in 2027.

Patch 26.19 Preview!
This is the first of our 2 Worlds patches, with Worlds happening on 26.20!
Support HP Regen
- After Support roaming was nerfed in 26.16, pre grub spawn Support roaming is all the way back down again, especially in Pro Play which is what we were after
- That said, Enchanters and Ranged supports are now dominating the meta again
- So we're making some targeted adjustments to melee supports so that they are able to engage and withstand some poke, rather than get poked out and not be able to engage again
- Overall, this isn't going to be a giant swing, but hopefully enough of a nudge up for Melee Supports that players think about dynamics of the lane a bit differently
Top Role Quest
- For quite a while now, in some regions, especially at higher skilled play, Top has been a decent amount weaker than Bot (who are the natural counterparts)
- That said, Top in regular play is both very popular and very powerful, and we're not looking to change the dynamic very much (and also why we're not nerfing bot lane overall)
- So we're giving a targeted adjustment to the more skill skewed aspect of Top lane, through the Teleport and upgraded Teleports from the Role Quest, which are typically used more effective in skilled play (where Top needs the help)
- That should allow Top to exert its influence on the map more reliably, especially in split push scenarios
Ranged Top Laners
- We hear a lot of the complaints about Ranged Top laners and agree that when these champs get too powerful it leads to pretty degraded "low gameplay states". That said we do think it's reasonable for Ranged Top laners to be a thing you can play there viably, it just needs to be at the appropriate power level with the appropriate power curves
- We don't feel comfortable taking a large swing here, especially before Worlds, but just wanted to let y'all know that we're working on some small changes to make it a bit more tolerable for melee champions
- This will hopefully allow us to also buff some of the ranged champions that are normally played bot who were nerfed due to their top lane performance (eg. Vayne), but we won't be able to do this until this set of systems changes is released
Simple Champions & Nasus
- In the post the other day about simple champions, I mentioned that we think it's good to have simple champions be strong at all levels of play. Not all of them, but some
- This can often be frustrating, especially when in moment to moment combat, their play patterns are very straightforward and feel lower counterplay if they can meet their success condition
- Our philosophy is that if a simple champion is overpowered and causing frustration, then that might be a cause for nerf
- However, if a champion is frustrating and simple, but not overpowered, if it doesn't have an unintended design flaw, we're likely to leave it as it is (eg. Viktor)
- Viktor is strong in lane, but he's also easy to gank and weak in early skirmishes; we think this is a reasonable strength and weakness profile and also over the last few years we've taken (imo) too much power out of early game trading from many champions, which has caused laning phase to lose texture broadly across the game
- Nasus however, has been strong according to this principle, even when accounting for his mastery curve and he has more sharp success conditions now with Q 4 stacks; in lanes where he can stack freely he becomes more of a threat, while in lanes where he's contested, he's easier to keep down
- This often means when you run into Nasus in a good matchup, he's often scaled without much holistic counterplay for the team (only his lane opponent)
- So while we think this shape of Nasus is broadly correct, it does warrant sitting at a slightly lower resting power level due to these considerations

This is the interesting part of Meddler saying Riot doesn't want to create unrealistic expectations for League Next
They already did passively by making 2026 a silent year for the main game other than (for me) ranked 5s which have been great
A lot of weight is on this reveal
I'm aware that Riot's taking a lot of time/resources to work on the big League Next project (iirc) and I really hope that goes well but I feel like this season would've actually been fine if it was just standard
But not only did we not get anything new, everything we'd already had in the first place got put straight into the meat grinder and is unrecognizable now

talented coaches and managers and analysis who never made it when teams kept using the same group.
some insane casters gatekept or quit for same reasons.
I'm one that got crazy lucky and did the best with my opportunity but many around me at the time should've gotten that shot

all of the roles outside of players have been gatekept and unbelievably hard to breakthrough into the top level.
so many coaches and managers got chances YEARS too late and it applies to broadcast heavily too.
it's very hard with so few roles but there's some INSANELY --

Whether casters will make it or not is one thing, to not be given the chance shows an inherently flawed development system.
Cubby poured his soul into every project and would have been an important piece to the future of the LCS.
Thanks for an amazing career mate ❤️

The fact that Primal/Kaizen got a full chance on the LCS broadcast and Cubby didn't pissed me off enough that I wanted to get some flushed out thoughts posted
