Russo talks about the Federal Reserve Bank and the Federal income tax were both created in 1913. In order for the Federal Reserve Bank to be funded, they must tax the people. By taxing the people, the people become enslaved to the system.
Nicolas Rockefeller told him the ultimate goal of the banking industry and what they want to accomplish is a One World Government to get everyone in this world chipped and the chip will contain the funds that you have in your account.
