A monumental milestone is on the radar 👀
Roman Josi is four points shy of 800 career NHL points.
If accomplished, the defenseman would become the first Swiss player to reach the point mark in NHL history 🇨🇭

The Titans had 29 snaps of no-huddle per @NextGenStats, the most of any team in any game this season. 41.4% of their snaps, also the league-high
8.5 yards per play, too -- league averages 5.3.

Shout out to @GrindSimmons94! You held it down for as long as you can champ! Good luck in Chicago! 💯

Oregon State star freshman receiver Jesse Legree has announced via @CBSSports/@247Sports that he’s staying at OSU instead of entering the transfer portal after the season.
Puts an early end to transfer speculation. Ranks first nationally in receiving yards and receiving TDs.

Ty Jerome scored 45 points tonight in the Grizzlies' win over the Jazz 🔥
17/25 FG | 5/10 3PT | 7 REB | 6 AST
That's the most points ever scored in an NBA game by a former Wahoo ⚔️

I’m just going to assume this is disciplinary because even if he was benched for poor play, there is no reason to make him INACTIVE.
Like what if Williams gets hurt? Lol
If this really is a pure benching from $20m CB1 to INACTIVE, that’s really bad by the team.

Contending teams plan to call the Titans about Jeffery Simmons leading up to the trade deadline.
Tennessee views Simmons as a franchise pillar, but trading him could return a massive pick haul.
The Titans will likely have an 0-8 record when the deadline officially arrives.

Per @NextGenStats: the Rams lost about -110% in win probability across the course of the 2025 season from special teams snaps
In 2026, they've already lost -104% in total win probability on special teams

Pending the loss, Robert Saleh’s 0-5 start with the Titans will be worse than both of Brian Callahan’s first two seasons
1-3 in 2024, 1-4 in 2025

Titans are going to land the no. 1 pick and have to decide if they give up on their 2025 no. 1 overall pick QB or spend the no. 1 overall pick on Jeremiah Smith, making their 2026 no. 4 overall pick a second receiving option.

Going to give my thoughts on this new #Preds season. Obviously, super excited that hockey is back and the offseason has been fun with the Chris MacFarland hire, as well as his moves. But in all honesty, I’m not expecting them to be very good and I don’t expect them to make the playoffs.
Basically, the way I look at it is they were 23rd in the league standings and they got worse by losing one of their most impactful players in Luke Evangelista. Despite the near playoff berth they were still a bottom 10 team in the league. There have been times I thought the consensus was disrespecting my teams. As I said on @CatfishIce, I frankly don’t think this is one of those instances.
Their current top 6 forwards consist of Alex Kerfoot, Nils Hoglander, and a second year Matthew Wood. The rest of the guys are great players but well into their 30’s. If we’re being honest, O’Reilly and Stamkos probably regress a little bit from their respective forms last year.
The top 4 on defense consists of a 36 year old Roman Josi, another 30+ year old veteran in Brady Skjei, Ryan Ufko who has played 19 games in his career, and Nick Perbix who was literally on WAIVERS less than 4 days ago.
The lineup might fluctuate here and there but the bottom line is this - it is a bad roster.

I have decided that a Titans “win” this week is covering the spread.
-11.5 is quite embarrassing.
We know they won’t win, but at least cover the spread and I’ll be satisfied.
