I LOVE SELLING PUTS.
Someone will pay you $288 to agree to buy $JPM at $310 by December 18.
$JPM closed at $335.79 today.
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀:
You sell the $310 put expiring December 18 and collect about $288 up front.
𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀:
$JPM stays above $310. You keep the $288.
$JPM drops below $310. You buy 100 shares at $310, minus the $288 you kept. That's $307.12 a share.
JPMorgan doesn't report earnings again until January 14, after this put expires.
Either way you were paid to wait.
Interesting
$BLNE
Currently @ $0.71
Short-term PT @ $1.00
Really been thinking about real estate and what Vlad Tenev has said about tokenization.
The answer may be $BLNE x TYTL
$BLNE is being valued like a struggling mortgage lender, but the core business is improving fast. The company expects Q3 to be its strongest revenue quarter since 2021, with record margins and cash up more than 50%. The mortgage and title business is just the floor though.
CEO Nick Liuzza owns roughly 15% and continues buying with his own money. In recent months, that includes a $500K note converted at $1.50 and another $513K purchased in the open market at roughly $1 per share since August. At today’s price, investors can buy $BLNE more than 50% below the blended value of those recent investments.
Acquiring TYTL would unlock an opportunity that would serve equity-rich, cash-strapped homeowners. U.S. homeowners hold roughly $17T of home equity and BeelineEquity will allow homeowners to monetize a portion of that equity without taking out a loan, adding a monthly payment, or disturbing their existing mortgage. Plus, they retain absolute control over the home and can hold onto it forever or sell whenever they would like.
Beeline is creating a new institutional asset class around prime U.S. residential home equity, and being on a the ground floor of such a new product could be hugely lucrative for the company and its shareholders.
$95 in premium. $4,200 to buy the shares if assigned.
That’s this $BSX example.

SoFi grew Q3 revenue 44% while its technology platform SHRANK 24%.
Lending revenue jumped 66%.
Strong growth, but the source matters. I’d track credit quality before giving this a software valuation.
Here’s the detail behind $SOFI’s report:
$SOFI delivered $241M in GAAP net income, up 73%.
The tech decline needs context: a large client left. Excluding that client, platform revenue grew 18%.
My next check: personal-loan losses as originations expand.
SoFi estimates a 3.4% annualized net charge-off rate excluding late-stage delinquent loan sales, down from 3.7% last quarter.
That improvement supports the lending story. If losses start climbing while loan growth slows, I’d reassess the thesis.
Corning’s optical sales jumped 44%. Segment profit jumped 80%.
That’s the AI buildout showing up in earnings.
If suppliers can grow profit faster than sales, the opportunity goes beyond GPUs.
Here are 5 names across fiber, lasers and networking👇
$GLW: Fiber and connectors. This morning’s Q3 report: $2.38B optical sales and $532M segment profit. Demand is reaching the bottom line.
$LITE: Lasers for data-center connections. March’s NVIDIA agreement includes a multibillion-dollar purchase commitment and $2B investment.
$COHR: Optical components and networking products. Its separate March NVIDIA deal also includes a $2B investment and multibillion-dollar purchase commitment.
$CIEN: Systems that move data across networks. Fiscal Q3 revenue rose 37% to $1.67B; GAAP operating margin reached 18%, versus 6.1%.
$FN: Manufactures complex optical products. Fiscal Q4 revenue rose 45% to $1.32B; GAAP net income rose to $139M from $87M.
My filter: profit growth alongside shipment growth. These businesses share a theme, but customer delays and factory expansion costs can hit them very differently.
IF I COULD ONLY OWN 5 STOCKS FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS:
$TSM: Makes the chips for almost every AI company.
$GOOGL: Search, YouTube, Cloud and its own AI chips under one roof
$AMZN: AWS plus the biggest store on the internet.
$MSFT: Azure, Office and a seat at every big AI deal.
$COST: A membership people renew in any market.
Which one would you swap out?
One AI company. $269B+ committed to THREE cloud providers.
Anthropic’s IPO filing says those minimum payments apply regardless of usage, subject to contract exceptions.
Here are the stocks on the other side, and the cash-flow test I’d use👇

NVIDIA is putting BILLIONS behind the companies that package its chips and move their data.
A new $1.3B packaging agreement this week. Two $2B optics investments announced in March.
Here are 3 stocks behind that spending, and what each actually supplies👇
$AMKR: Packages and tests chips. Its Oct. 21 agreement with NVIDIA adds $1.3B for South Korea expansion, bringing their multiyear agreements to $3B.
$LITE: Makes lasers that move data through fiber. NVIDIA announced a $2B investment in March, plus multibillion-dollar purchase commitments and future capacity rights.
$COHR: Supplies lasers and optical networking products. NVIDIA also announced a $2B investment in March, alongside purchase commitments and capacity access.
Packaging and optics deserve a place beside GPUs on the AI watchlist. NVIDIA is committing capital to expand their supply.
The next proof is production: new capacity shipping product and generating profit. Factory delays would push that payoff out.
