This is @OsseChi in a white face and a bald cap yesterday. Chi is the same @nyccouncil member who called it racist this year that @lawler4ny dressed as Michael Jackson on Halloween when he was younger than Chi is now, and Lawler was not an elected official when he did it. Neither costume is the issue, Chi; it's your hypocrisy and demagoguery on race that is.
