Where do I begin? That was an evening I'll never forget.
It’s an incredible honour to receive the Ballon d’Or award after a year full of goals, trophies and special milestones. Thank you to all the staff and my teammates at @england and @fcbayern, as well as family, friends and everyone who’s supported me – this wouldn’t be possible without you all.

Where on earth do I begin? I am speechless. I have tears rolling down my face.
Tonight, it was the most stressed I’ve been in my life. The most nervous. You are someone who has inspired me, 2nd only after Pep Guardiola.
To see you go up against PR trains for this award, it made me nervous. Winning this award was more than just football, but it was about integrity.
You’re a record breaker, H. Nobody else deserved it but you.
All the haters, the doubters. They were waiting to see Mbappe or Yamal be pulled out of that envelope. They tuned into the ceremony to see your downfall.
But they didn’t. Justice prevailed.
You have been constantly doubted your entire life. You have constantly shut up the noise, and responded. You have had people constantly undermine your brilliance.
What are they going to say now?
I remember you and your multiple failed loans at Tottenham. Most people, they would have gave up. Nobody would have thought you would get where you were today. But deep down, you did.
You didn’t accept defeat. You kept working, and got your chance.
Tim Sherwood, thank you. Thank you for being the one to give Kane a look in, allowing him to develop.
Mauricio Pochettino, thank you. Thank you for transforming Tottenham into a club that is amongst the elites at the time, allowing Kane to keep developing, and playing good football.
