Undocumented immigrants were already ineligible for full federally funded Medicaid. The bill's projected millions losing coverage (CBO ~7.5 million by 2034) come from work requirements and redeterminations that mainly affect citizens and legal residents. It ends eligibility for certain lawfully present groups (refugees, asylees etc.), with CBO estimating ~100,000 more uninsured from that.
