Living with cats is walking into a room, finding half of a drawer's contents pulled out, and wondering if the culprit abandoned the project because he realised he still couldn't fit inside, or if he simply just got bored.
Slowly working my way through Philip K Dick’s short stories and came across a gem: The Eyes Have It. Reminded me of the writing advice @D_Towsey gave me in a uni writing workshop about avoiding using phrases like “their eyes moved across the room” 😂
