Long Island doesn’t need more partisans. It needs more accountability. I’ll be calling out hypocrisy, incompetence, and cowardice — on both sides.

Maybe it has something to do with his own lackluster campaign and his constant posting of weird AI shit like this.
Hochul and Mamdani trying to distract you from voting for me.

Blakeman has only ever won in local races that Jay Jacobs was squarely in charge of. When it comes to the statewide, I wouldn’t credit him completely. Hochul is the boss and there’s an entire team of serious people running the operation.
Here's Bruce Blakeman's recent electoral record: ❌ 1998: New York State Comptroller ❌ 1999: Nassau County Legislature ⚪ 2009: NYC Mayor (aborted campaign) ❌ 2010: Senate ❌ 2014: House ✅ 2019: Hempstead Town Council ✅ 2021: Nassau County Exec ✅ 2025: Nassau County Exec

1999 is an exception, at the height of republicans mismanaging and bankrupting the county under Exec Tom Gulotta. Why we have NIFA still today.

If you’re explaining, you’re losing
Bruce Blakeman's campaign is focusing on a big difference in what the Siena and Marist polls show re: independent voters. Siena has Hochul winning independent voters in a big swing from last month. Marist has Blakeman winning independent voters.

“High number of murders in the subway” Nassau county: 11 homicides in 2025, 1.4m residents Subway: 4 homicides in 2025, 4m riders daily
"There's no congestion relief here" Blakeman on Upper East Side to criticize congestion "tax," 21 fare hikes under Hochul, "mismanagement" of MTA, high number of murders in subway

INBOX: New Siena poll out tomorrow on statewide races. Could this be the last public poll we see before Election Day?

Republicans are obsessed with lawn signs. Local GOP organizations are obsessed with telling their neighbors who they support. It's mostly just for show and to f*ck with Democrats. Usually means little. Dems just show up and vote. That's what matters most. #NYGOV

According to @VoteHub, Laura Gillen #NY04 is projected to win re-election with 56.8% of the vote. In 2024, she flipped the district with 51.2%, following a sex scandal by D'Esposito. IMO this is too generous and Gillen will get more like 53-54%. Easy but not totally safe. (1/2)

For reference. Zeldin won the district but Trump lost it. (2/2)

Joe Cairo shoving out every last dollar for Bruce in the hopes that he creates a down ballot effect for all of the state, town supervisor and county legislature races. Dems dont have that kind of money so Jay Jacobs entire plan is just hope the even year turnout is enough.

Bruce Blakeman, who's doing something similar, got $2.4M from the Nassau County Republican Committee this month

The real comparison is to the 2022 numbers. Dems were staying home then. They aren’t anymore. Republicans can thank Trump.
Citywide, we are at 108.6% of Day 1 of early voting in 2025, 61.5% of Day 1 of early voting in 2024, and 173.4% of Day 1 of early voting in 2022. Let’s keep it going, New York City!
