"This ruling allows the govt to lock people up when detention plainly serves no purpose, and without any way to challenge it,” said Rebecca Cassler, senior litigation attorney at American Immigration Council, who argued the case before the Fifth Circuit.

The government seized $460,000 from Mario Ayala's business — and never charged him with a thing.
20 months later, he still doesn't have his money back. No charges. No explanation. Nothing.
He's finally suing. My latest at Townhall 👇

Want to actually drain the swamp? Vote for these people. Every single candidate @realDonaldTrump mentioned in that tweet is the swamp! They all want more wars, continued high taxes, and unsustainable spending!

Big pharma is organised crime. In November 2014, I explained this in an interview that has been seen by half a million people on YouTube. I have now uploaded it on my own website. bit.ly/4yXlfH4. I said that our prescription drugs are the third leading cause of death, after heart disease and cancer. In 2024, I did more detailed studies and found that our drugs are the leading cause of death, and psychiatric drugs alone are the third leading cause of death. We should therefore take far fewer drugs than we take, which would lead to longer and better lives.
