Are serious problems like inequality, poverty, homelessness, health care, environmental damage, depression etc getting better or worse? The main obstacle to replacing outdated failing capitalism with socialism is simply widespread ignorance about what it is, which is rectifiable.

Every county in #NC14 requires a living wage more than $13/hr. (single adult w/ no kid) I’ve made less than $9/hr. I remember getting off work & going to my 2nd job. I was a sander for a timber frame company. They’d leave the timbers spaced & I worked alone after hours. 1/

If NC had fair maps, Medicaid would be expanded & rural broadband would be farther along. If a sitting state Senator refused to advocate for these issues while they wielded power, what else do you think they’ll ignore on our behalf? I’m determined protect our right to vote.
