So proud of my wife, Dariana, for speaking during public comment tonight in favor of increased pedestrian safety measures around CRLS at tonight’s Cambridge City Council Meeting after our son was struck by a distracted driver while using the crosswalk. @CRLStweets @CambMA

My son was hit by a distracted driver this morning while crossing in the crosswalk toward CRLS.
Put your phones down people. 😞
Thank you for your years of service and love to our city, @TimToomey1.
You will be missed.

Did you know that Acting Commissioner Elow grew up in Cambridgeport? Read about this and more in her Q&A with the @cambridgechron. #CambMA
Acting police commissioner Christine Elow talked to us about how growing up in Cambridge has shaped her policing and how being a woman on a male-dominated force has influenced the way she approaches her job.

THANK YOU TO THOSE WHO FOUND IT IN THEIR HEART TO GIVE GUN VIOLENCE PREVENTION AND GRIEVING HUMANS THE SPOTLIGHT TODAY. 🙏
My favorite quote of the afternoon: “Yes, trees are good, they help us breathe, but our children cannot breathe if they’re being shot.” 💯
Thank you to my brothers at @MBK_Cambridge for hosting today’s rally to speed efforts to end gun violence in our community.
