Today is a first. I have taken Dec 5th off every year since my daughter Haley died Dec 5, 1994 of what is now vaccine preventable meningitis. Today I am working our COVID clinic for 5-11 year olds to honor my daughter by vaccinating kids. Please send hugs!!

This is 94-year-old Mildred Madison. She had to travel 600 miles roundtrip to vote in my home state of Michigan when she didnāt receive her absentee ballot. But, she did it. She wore a mask and exercised her right to vote. Letās all be like Mildred today.
