馃毃BREAKING: Labour has announced the shortlisted candidates for the Holborn and St Pancras by-election.
Hustings to select a candidate will take place on Wednesday.
馃毃 The NEC have agreed the below timetable for the selection of a candidate for the Holborn and St Pancras By-Election.
Applications close on Friday with a candidate selected by next Wednesday, 9th September.
Ahead of nominations formally opening tomorrow, here is a map showing the public endorsements of candidates for Scottish Labour Leader so far:
The NEC has agreed the time table for the election of Labour's next leader
If only one candidate is nominated by the PLP, the new Leader will be elected on Friday, 17 July
If there are multiple candidates and a full contest, the new Leader will be elected on Saturday, 29 August
馃毃Wes Streeting has backed Andy Burnham to be the next Labour Leader.
Now a much lower chance of a full leadership contest.
The NEC has published the timetable for the Makerfield by-election selection process with the candidate being announced on 21 May.
Members can apply to the seat from today, we don't yet know who else other than Burnham will seek selection - DM us if you have any information!
