Forget the loans. Grab a hard hat and get paid from day one. #LIUNA apprentices learn on real jobs from workers who know the trade inside and out. You leave with skills, a paycheck, and a career you can stand on. #NationalApprenticeshipWeek #EarnWhileYouLearn #NAW2026 #UnionMoney

What’s happening in #Minnesota is a warning to every working family. When force replaces fairness and fear replaces freedom, workers pay the price. #LIUNA stands united to defend our rights, our dignity, and each other. #Solidarity always!

#AmericaFirst right? But now American workers aren't talented? Crazy, because in 2016 H-1B visas were 'bad for workers! Which is it?! We're the ones building bridges, tunnels, towers, keeping the lights on. If that ain't talent, what is?! #UNION labor builds this country. Why would we bring in foreign workers to do it for less? 🤔

Carliss Bussey went from defending our nation to building it. His path is a reminder that service to country and community go hand in hand. Wishing all veterans a safe and proud Veterans Day and Remembrance Day. THANK YOU for your courage, sacrifice, and continued service.
From the Navy to the #Union, Carliss Bussey proves that service never stops, it just changes worksites. On this #VeteransDay and #RemembranceDay, we honor all who served and continue to serve by building North America strong. #BuiltByUs #LIUNA #storytime #thankyou

“Prevailing wage requirements have a proven track record of providing job opportunities to local New Yorkers and bolstering economies across the state. Developers are receiving an exorbitant amount of public subsidies to remediate brownfield sites and should be obligated to provide a public benefit,” said Todd Diorio, Business Manager of the ENYLDC District Council and President of the Hudson Valley Building and Construction Trades.
This morning representatives from the NYS Laborers joined other unions alongside Assembly Members Otis, Shimsky, and Levenberg and Senators Mayer and Harckham to call on @GovKathyHochul to sign S5379/A4914 and support workers on brownfield remediation projects.

Jobs and paychecks on the line. This shutdown is a #LOCKOUT. Congress and the White House must do their job so we can do ours. #LIUNA
Back in DC and the CHAOS is real. In the last 24 hours: the Hudson River Tunnel project is in jeopardy and $8B yanked from projects in 16 states where half our members live. Add a shutdown on top, and that’s a LOCKOUT. Our members only get paid when they show up to build. Congress and the White House need to do their job so we can do ours! #WatchNow
