Wouldnβt it be nice if there was at least one actually pure website? One without the usual gotchas.
No asking for your email. No parts paywalled. No ads. No data collection.
I think so, which is why I created teddyrookbook.com
Homeschool families get every Kβ12 course free (with teaching guides and practice that checks answers), plus a lesson planner that builds a week-by-week plan. Science labs. Languages. Music. Etiquette. Logic. Meal planning. Trades and farming. And much more!
Iβm building this for my family to use and sharing with others because Iβm open to feedback on how it can be better.
Who is paying these fagg0ts to lie about the Vampire Chronicles?
A human woman is the mother of his child.
A vampire doctor creates living sperm from lestat to make the child in an experiment.

Yeah he has a cononical son that he is described as the only parent to. Not sure if itβs full blown impreg but heβs described as feeling pregnant multiple times ππ itβs funny as fuck
There is only "rape" in two of the books in any real sexual sense, Vampire Armand and Tale of the Body Thief. Everything else is just metaphor. Quit doing drugs, gooner

You are liar who is reading too much degenerate fanfiction
LESTAT CAN'T GET PREGNANT HE IS MALE and is never described as getting pregnant, wtf is wrong with you twats

I mean... At least it is an actual man... But Brad Pitt will be the sexiest man alive until he dies and it isn't even close, even other men know that
Anne wrote some dark, depraved, twisted stuff,
But this never happens, you're just a weird pervert.
Lestat has a son only through a laboratory experiment, and I'm pretty sure Anne's g4y son wrote most of that book because it sucks.
If you're a woman in you're early 20s,
Find a good husband.
Don't go into debt jerking it to a dead addict who literally whored himself out with this photoshoot to get publicity for his band.
I say that as a fan of Type O Negative.
You're a pathetic goonergirl if you do this.

Many beginner/amateur/indie creators don't seem to have figured out that they can escape this hypnotism and find success without any of these online group cultic affiliations.
All you have to doβnot easy, but many have accomplished thisβis work to become *good enough* that your stories/art/writing will consistently sell to a general audience.
QUALITY!
Of course, in the crowded marketplace, everyone has the challenge of gaining enough attention to get decent sales. But that's a secondary thing.
For the beginner, the seductive appeal of these groupsβbeyond the parasocial-clubhouse-approval aspectβis that joining them is a shortcut to attention and sales. But it's not! In fact, it might rocket you to nowhere, especially when you've smeared yourself with a tainted brand.
And being in such a group won't improve your work by some weird magic or osmosis, either. You'll just waste time that could have been used practising & improving, instead spending it on being just another online fool.
The amateur mindset seeking the quick & easy road to success doesn't face the unshakeable fact that if the work isn't good enough, NOTHING will make it sell...because buyers aren't stupid!
Flogging the dead horse on streams won't make your steed jump to its feet, no matter how much you nag.
Neigh, nay!
Improve the quality enough that any casual prospective buyer who knows nothing about "CG" or any other group instantly thinks "gotta have/read that!"
THEN, you won't have to sideline yourself in an online micro bubble, a tiny forgotten pimple on the comics industry, wasting your precious time in a pit of nonsense and stupidity. Joining such a thing is an affirmation of low self-confidence and unwillingness to compete in the open market.

I'm very very sad tonight. I just learned that Stephen Biesty passed away in 2024 at 63... He is one of my favorite artist. Rest in peace.
Male indie editors, advertise in the comments on this post
"Today, the Big Five publishers are staffed almost entirely by women. According to the most recent data, more than 70 percent of staffers are women. More than 70 percent of editors are women. Even 70 percent of all interns are women. At the executive level, more than 60 percent of leaders are women. In 2026, American publishing looks like lululemon."

Most consider 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' the anthem of Gen X. I could argue it's this.
Released in 1996 as the second single from Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness, β1979β became the Smashing Pumpkins' biggest American hit, reaching No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 1 on both the Modern Rock Tracks and Mainstream Rock Tracks charts. The album was eventually certified 10Γ Platinum in the United States. β1979β was almost left off the album: producer Flood gave Corgan a final deadline to complete the unfinished song or remove it from the record. Corgan went home, finished the lyrics that night, and returned the next day with a new demo that convinced Flood to keep it.
Billy Corgan wrote the track as a nostalgic reflection on adolescence and the transition into adulthood. Although the title refers specifically to the year Corgan was 12, the song is less a literal autobiography than an idealised reflection on what it felt like to be young.
