Got a 2.4 GPA my first semester in college. Thought maybe I wasn’t cut out for engineering. Today I’ve landed two spacecraft on Mars, and am now designing one for the Moon. STEM is hard for everyone. Grades ultimately aren’t what matter. Curiosity and perseverance matter.

Version 6 published! I made all requested changes by the doctors. Files with details are all live on the site. In summary, it’s shorter, wider, extra tabs removed, two forehead and bottom bar settings, and I made it all fit a 18”x12” laser bed for @glowforge and other users :)

An update on the the Illinois PPE network I’ve been working on: we can now make 6,500 shields/day, have delivered to 44 hospitals, raised $10,000, written 2 grants to continue making the shields free for all, and have hundreds of makers contributing.
