Lapyem Thomas Awany

Dear @KKariisa , Group CEO,@nextmediaug , Today, I want to say thank you. Thank you for nurturing me, for believing in me, and for trusting me. We have talked about many things over the years, but one conversation stands out: let’s put Northern Uganda on the map. Today, I give you your flowers. You have been more than a boss. Wherever my journey takes me, I will always be a Transformer. To the many of you who mentored me, thank you. Madam Goretti, @Imokola , @joycebagala1 , @DaltonKaweesa @PayiraBonnie: you believed in my talent before the world knew my name, and you pushed me every single day. I am deeply grateful. As I transition into corporate and development communication with @NUSAFIV and @OPMUganda , a lot has been said. My clarity is in the video below. As I bow out of the newsroom, I am proud to share that this year I founded @fourthhub_ug in Gulu, one of the biggest media and creative hubs in the region. Under the leadership of our team lead, @OjokOkot_ , this dream has been a long time coming, and finally, Northern Uganda has its first creative hub. Thank you all for the warm wishes and the love on social media. I humbly appreciate every one of you. To my @NBSBreakingNews family, @SimonKaggwaNjal @ShamNabakooza @SamsonMKasumba @CanaryMugume @TusiimeSheila @HakimKanyere @HakiimsWampamba @OmagorJoseph @ObadiaOtim @poshaaloyo @RonnieMcVex and many more, thank you.
