What does community mean to you? Often ‘the everyday now’ is as much about our own lives as it is about our partnerships with others. Now is your chance to celebrate community and partnership in your poetry.

The Centre is pleased to celebrate the culture that Libraries bring to our communities. Perhaps you’re feeling inspired by a book you’ve read or simply the views from your working corner of the Library? Why not write a poem about how the Library enriches your ‘everyday now’?
Often the ‘everyday now’ means a balancing act between working life and pursuing one's passions, indeed Larkin had the same struggles: theconversation.com/was-phil…
If this resonates with you, now’s the chance to ‘enhance the everyday’ with your poetry.
Feeling inspired by the change of season? Why not let your creative talents flow? With less than three weeks until the submission deadline for this year’s Larkin Poetry Prize, now is the perfect opportunity to depict ‘the everyday now’ in your poetry.
