HUNDREDS of students from Lodi High, Tokay High, Lodi Middle and Millswood Middle in California WALKED OUT of class this week waving Mexican flags to protest ICE..
Their signs say "Fight ignorance, not immigrants." Meanwhile only 29% of Lodi Unified students meet the math standard and 38% meet the English standard. At Lodi High it's 26% in math, at Tokay High it's 21%,
The protest should've been about the schools failing them, not ICE.
