The Census Bureau announced that in 2020, Latinos drove the country’s demographic growth, shooting up to 62.1 million—yet our federal courts fail to accurately reflect this. We must fight for #LatinoRepresentation in the federal court system. #LatinosAtStake

I know that a lot of you are frustrated with some of the Supreme Court's recent decisions. I am, too.
But just being disappointed isn’t going to get us anywhere. We’ve got to remember that our elections — from the White House to the local courthouse — play a critical role in what becomes law.

BREAKING: The Senate just confirmed civil rights lawyer Nancy Abudu to serve on the 11th Circuit – bringing to the bench tremendous civil rights experience that has been historically excluded from our judiciary.
Abudu becomes the first Black woman to EVER serve on this court.
Congratulations to Brad Garcia, who was confirmed as the first Latino to serve on the US Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit yesterday! What a historical accomplishment 👏 🎉
#LatinosAtStake
If confirmed, Mr. Garcia would be the 1st Latino to serve on the Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
His confirmation would be a historical moment for this country and the Latino community. #LatinosAtStake

Trump appointed four judges to the 3rd Circuit – all white men.
With the confirmation of Cindy Chung tonight, along with Judges Arianna Freeman and Tamika Montgomery-Reeves, @POTUS Biden has now appointed three judges to the 3rd Circuit – all women of color.
This matters.

A federal court recently ruled that #DACA is unlawful, casting individuals like Azhalia into uncertainty about their careers and families. The consequences of congressional inaction would be disastrous. There's no time to waste. #HomeIsHere
Last week's ruling on #DACA by the 5th Circuit, which has 0 Latino judges, demonstrates exactly why diversity on the bench is so important. This cruel decision will harm hundreds of thousands of Latinos & their futures. #HomeIsHere

In response to the 5th Circuit's ruling, #InformedImmigrant and @drlminero are creating a safe space for DACA recipients to find comfort & support.
This space will not be recorded. We ask that only folks directly impacted by the DACA decision attend. Details below. #HomeIsHere
Reminder for those outraged about the all-Republican #fifthcircuit ruling on #DACA: Unlike @POTUS and Congress, fed courts aren’t directly accountable to voters. But fed judges are appointed by elected officials. The #midterms are coming. Make your voices heard.
