Today I visited @kettinsps where the p4-7 class learned about oils spills, the impact on animals and the environment & how they are cleaned up. They designed and deployed an oil spill cleanup on ocean habitats they created! #UHISTEM #STEM
Another day of #Kapla fun. This time with the p1s and p2s of @RattrayPrimary. We made houses, spiders and bridges. Plus we built towers and tested out how stable they were by trying to knock them down. #UHISTEM #STEM @UHIPerth_ @UHISTEM #ThinkUHI
Managed to capture a mini rainbow over Loch Tay on my way to @KenmorePS24 yesterday to do #Kapla engineering sessions. The pupils were fantastic and wonderfully engaged and came up with some excellent solutions to the challenges. #STEM #UHISTEM
What an amazing start to the term! Yesterday I had the pleasure of delivering Senses Lend a Labs to the pupils at @GlenlyonP1_7. 21 miles from the nearest town, this remote school is nestled in Scotland's 'longest, loneliest and loveliest’ glen! #UHISTEM
