Have you de-hired a difficult client? Why are you keeping them? Are they really profitable?
Number of customers = Last months number + new customers – lost customers. How many are you losing?
Revenue = Number of customers x Orders per month x Size of order. Which do you need to improve?
When is the best time in the economic cycle to invest? At the top of bottom? When do we feel like doing so?
Do your staff use customer’s names wherever they can? Develops a closer relationship than Sir or Madam.
Cost Benefit Analysis. Return on investment. What about certainty, immediacy and likelihood?
