Great to see KCC members out supporting our veterans selling poppies 🇬🇧🩵🏴 @cllrsarahem in London today 🩵
“Fake and desperate”. Yep.
Labour laddism is so fake and desperate.
“You can still have fun!” they scream.
All while taxing pints to destruction, making it impossible to drive to the pub for one drink, jailing people for jokes, banning even a single cigarette, strangling fruit machines and gambling, and pushing endless “public health” programmes designed to shame and punish anyone who enjoys themselves.
Spare us the performance. Just admit you’re a party of joy-sucking HR ladies.

Labour’s budget will send this country deeper into terminal decline.
Only Reform UK has a plan to save Britain's economy and put money in your pocket.

Labour and the Tories have spent years running Britain into the ground.
Only Reform UK has a real plan to save the country. 🇬🇧
Is there a more mendacious politician than @JohnHealey_MP ? Resigning just a few months ago on a ‘point of principle’ apparently, that defence was not properly funded. And now that he controls the purse strings: ⬇️
“John Healey will cut £2bn from the defence budget despite boasting about filling a funding hole.”
“Documents in the Chancellor’s first Budget show that the Ministry of Defence (MoD) is poised to receive £72.8bn in 2027-28 and £75.5bn in 2028-29.”
“This is £1bn a year less than set out by Rachel Reeves, the former chancellor, in the defence investment plan in June, when the MoD’s budget was set at £73.8bn in 2027-28 and £76.5bn in 2028-29.”
A disgusting betrayal.

Nigel could have stayed retired. Instead he came back, won Clacton in 2024, and put himself permanently in the line of fire.
The threats were already relentless. Becoming an MP made them worse. His home was attacked. State protection was cut to a level his team judged inadequate. Private security costs millions a year for life. Then came the attacks from inside—Rupert and others briefing against him while still in the party. Trust evaporates when you no longer know who stands with you.
Last year Nigel’s rhetoric softened, people noticed and Reform lost support - But it softened as Nigel went into self protection mode. He never had a change of heart. It was a man carrying the weight of constant death threats, media framing of everything he said as “far right” or “inciting violence,” and the knowledge that some of the worst blows came from former allies.
Then, in July, Ann Widdecombe was murdered in a targeted attack at her home. A friend. A colleague. The suspect had previously reconnoitred Nigel’s own house. For Nigel it wasn’t only the loss of someone he loved, it was the final proof that the danger is real and lethal.
What does he gain by staying? Nothing a comfortable retirement couldn’t give him. Nigel stays because he cares about the country and the people who put him there. The “smiley Nigel” you saw on GB News is the one the public has always known. The quieter, more guarded version is the one who has paid the price. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c3vy…

Summary of Burnham’s budget:
You will work.
The state will take more.
And in real terms, you'll be poorer.
Again.
So, tinkering around the edges while the nation burns, and good value gherkins aside, what has today’s #Budget2026 meant for Kent?
These people have no right to be here. The taxpayer should not be funding their accommodation.
