3/4 Parameta Solutions was flat, down 2% at actual rates, with annual recurring revenue up 5%. Liquidnet fell 1% (up 1% year to date), and said the Middle East conflict weighed on risk appetite.
4/4 Year-to-date revenue rose 9% at constant currency to £1,912m (7% at actual rates). The board remains comfortable with full year 2026 market expectations for adjusted EBIT, subject to foreign exchange movements.

Australia's Full Federal Court has largely dismissed appeals by iSignthis and former CEO Nickolas Karantzis, leaving $11m in penalties and a six-year disqualification in place.

The appeal was allowed only on the terms of one declaration against Karantzis, which is to be amended. The judges said the correction does not alter any substantive liability or penalty outcome. The appellants must pay ASIC's costs.

First Citizens Investor Services was fined $500,000 and censured by FINRA, which found it failed to review more than 3.5 million staff emails between March 2019 and May 2026.

As a result, the firm failed to identify issues such as emails containing reportable customer complaints. FINRA found breaches of Rule 3110 (supervision) and Rule 2010 (conduct).
Under the settlement, the firm agreed to complete its ongoing retrospective review and certify that it complied with all reporting obligations arising from the findings.
