Buon appetito! Today, Y12 were keen to learn essential cooking skills for life after MCS. Our eager students chopped, grated and cooked up a silky pasta carbonara and a spicy pasta arrabbiata. Thanks again to Chef Matt for sharing his skills and tips (and for a delicious lunch!)
