When filling up with diesel I find it best to look anywhere but at the pump. And just wait to hear for the 'click' once full. That way you only get one shock when you look at the total £££ rather than multiple. #202.9 #diesel #halloween

Congratulations to Chris for being Grassland Farmer of the Year @FW_Awards. The change in the farming system from a traditional mixed farming unit to purely forage has been great to see. Even if it does mean less arable crops to sow! Thanks to the Berrys for using our services
Good luck to all finalists at this evenings @FW_Awards, especially those from the south west. You are all an inspiration!

It has been a good growing season for maize in this area. Even the short cut strip till method crops look good😉
Drilled with Polysulphate and DAP. Cover of triticale and beans have done a good job. These were grazed off back in March

We are harvesting winter feed for our beef herd on our family farm. Many other farmers are doing the same in the beautiful Devon countryside, and across the UK. Thankyou for buying British food. #TradeDeal #proudtoproduce #ukbirdsong #foodmiles

Stripping in Devon. #maize. Like a knife through butter (thank goodness) with moisture being brought up to drill into.

Ahhh. The signs of the first day of silaging: Blue skys, warm sunshine, leaves on the trees and Devon hedges. And road rage from a gent who cant reverse. Shock horror that there are tractors in the countryside
