Despite whether organisations like ours face a funding cliff or not, the work is still there. We get one referral an hour (24 in a day), on top of delivering all of our 35 outreach services and other services based at our hub! We need funding to continue this work!

People who we help in Foodbanks don't have enough money for TV luxuries such as @NetflixUK @DisneyPlus @AmazonHelp @tvlicensing @GMB @MartinSLewis @TrussellUK their Christmas is probably YouTube on an old sim only smartphone! Funding is critical to keep our services going.

It was great to switch on Pudsey Lights and represent @LeedsMoneyBuddy tonight after being voted a 'community hero' by the community. Alongside me is Lisa Farrah, another community hero. It was a privilege, and I'm honoured to have been invited to do such a wonderful thing ❤️

🚨 Over 1.4 MILLION emergency food parcels were provided by food banks in our community in just 6 months. This is 69% higher than the same period 5 years ago. 📈 Over 500,000 of these food parcels were provided for children. More detail 🧵⤵️
