Biggest engineering bottleneck: iOS app changes the model can see locally!

Everyone on the waitlist has been invited to the TestFlight. (Just me.) Setting these deadlines for myself to work backwards from was an experiment. I wanted to ship more, and I did. So I'm considering the experiment successful. The app will go live when it's ready. More soon.

Alright, so it's 11:59pm on September 30th. The tweet above has 10 views, so I know there are untold legions of fans waiting with bated breath. Well... the waitlist is now open at unsaid.to. TestFlight invites soon. Going out in order. October 20th we go live.

Closing the loop on PRs. I might be missing something, but it doesn't seem to be able to see if a GitHub Action fails and send the error back into the job to fix it, like Cursor and Claude do with Lint. I also want it to auto-open the PR. And I want to connect it to Linear.
