So, I don’t pay too much attention to the idiotic drama on UFOTwitter , but this Batista thing confused me. So, naturally, I asked Grok what was up. Apparently there are two issues happening with this guy. 1) He apparently stole footage and claimed it to be his; 2) He’s accused of sexual assault Here is Grok’s full breakdown of both: 1) handles like @mbattista25 / @psionicasset) is under fire in the UFO/UAP community for allegedly stealing and claiming someone else’s NHI footage and experience as his own. The allegation A person (posting as AC / @acin1derland) says she personally recorded a video during her own experience with non-human intelligence. Battista has been presenting that same footage as his, appearing on multiple shows, interviews, and in documentaries (including material tied to a National Press Club release with Steven Greer and Mike Herrera). He has described the experience in the first person (“this is how I felt in front of it”) even though he was not there. She tried to handle it privately by contacting Greer’s team and was told it was essentially a “he said, she said” situation. She has publicly accused him of lying repeatedly to cover it up for engagement and notoriety. Posts from accounts like @TheUfoJoe (Joe Murgia) and @LegacyProgramVP (Chris Unleashed) amplified it today (October 20, 2026), sharing screenshots of texts and linking it to footage shown on NewsNation with Ross Coulthart. The original call-out post is from October 14. Context on who he is Battista is a former U.S. Army Green Beret who founded Psionic Asset. He claims to use mental/psionic techniques to summon UAPs or entities, has presented various blurry phone videos of alleged beings or phenomena (often criticized as pareidolia, mundane lights, or poor evidence), and has been associated with Jake Barber’s Skywatcher group and Steven Greer’s circle. He has done paid retreats/events and sold access to content. Earlier criticism already existed around the quality of his evidence, monetization, and some of his claims, but the current ruckus is specifically this stolen-footage accusation. No clear public response or denial from Battista appears in the recent discussion that has been circulating. The claims are one-sided so far and rest on the accuser’s account plus the shared screenshots; as with most of these community dramas, independent verification of the texts and video ownership is limited. 2) There are public allegations of sexual assault/harassment from one individual, but they are limited, low-profile, and uncorroborated compared to the current stolen-footage drama. The claims In July 2026, Laura Castellanos-Dabb (@LauraCastenzz, a low-follower account) posted multiple times accusing Mike Battista (@mbattista25) of sexually assaulting her. Specific posts include: • Directly stating she was “sexually assaulted by @mbattista25.” • Describing “coercive rape,” claiming he would not leave her room, harassed/forced more sex, then called her an “old lady,” said he never liked her, and wanted nothing to do with her. • Framing it as him (as a former Green Beret) using sex “for Intel,” and alleging Skywatcher helped cover it up when she asked for help. • Related or similar posts from another small account (@op75187 / OpalUnicorn) make parallel accusations about him raping women “for intel” or jobs. These are self-published on X with essentially no engagement or replies of note. No supporting evidence (texts, dates, locations, witnesses, police reports, or lawsuits) appears in the public posts that have circulated, and there is no indication of formal charges or mainstream reporting. Broader context Searches for harassment, stalking, sexual abuse, assault, or related terms tied to Battista/Batista in the UFO/UAP/psionics community mostly surface these same posts or unrelated people (Italian comedian Maurizio Battista’s stalking case, etc.). @RepEricBurlison - this your guy?

If you aren't a military Veteran, don't go around trying to get attention by calling Veterans out for stolen valor and/or lying about their military service. Mind your business and let us police our own.

Be Russian spies. Target and groom crazy people in the US military. Tell them the new top secret American aircraft is space aliens. Encourage them to whistleblow and reveal the craft's secrets. Shots of stoli when things start leaking. Laugh out loud at how easy this is.

In a recent space, I asked Congressman Burlison (@EricBurlison) why Jay Stratton (@jaystratton) isn’t being made a priority witness to testify in a SCIF and/or in front of Congress in a couple of weeks, given his supposed knowledge and work in the topic of UFOs/UAP within the DoD. Stratton also made the claim in the Age of Disclosure (@ageofdisclosure) documentary that he’s seen with his own eyes “non-human craft and beings”. It’s very important that he is called to testify and present evidence of such claims as that seems to be pretty monumental statements. Jay Stratton was the head of UAPTF and claimed that AATIP was his as well (which has been disputed over the years by Elizondo). So, did Burlison ever get an answer from Grusch on why Stratton isn’t being put on the hot seat to testify? Why is Jay Stratton not scheduled to be a key witness in the next hearing?! @MiddleOfMayhem @RepLuna @RepEricBurlison @joerogan @ShawnRyan762
The fact that Jay Stratton has not been brought before Congress to testify about UAP and NHI is ridiculous. Lue Elizondo, Stratton's minimally-involved assistant, was brought into Congress TWICE already. What gives @RepLuna @RepEricBurlison @RepTimBurchett @RepNancyMace?

Jay Stratton just said on Fox News that the government kills people who say the things Jay Stratton just said on Fox News. This is the 26th time in 4 years that Stratton has publicly revealed all this "secret" UFO stuff without being murdered by the government. If you can somehow swallow that logic, you'll probably enjoy Stratton's new UFO book which goes on sale tomorrow for $32 on Amazon. (BTW, the book was cleared for release by the literal Pentagon)
USING A SUBMARINE AS BAIT: "Throughout history, Bret, the secrets sometimes are so impactful to our national security that steps have been taken to remove the problem... and the people." @jaystratton Stratton explains how he successfully used a U.S. nuclear submarine and Navy P3 aircraft as bait to capture data on UAPs. He also recounts chilling accounts of top military admirals witnessing unexplained craft hover over facilities, only to be intercepted and silenced by a hidden network determined to protect the 80-year secret at any cost.

If you speak remotely critical about Chris Bledsoe (@chrisbledsoeufo; @ufoofgod), he will block you immediately. Even just asking simple questions. But here’s the kicker: it’s been documented that Chris Bledsoe has potentially committed multiple federal crimes, most recently of him shining a laser at a maritime vessel off the coast of North Carolina. The National Defense Authorization Act for FY2021 includes a little-noticed provision that will improve waterway safety: it is now a felony crime to aim a laser pointer at any vessel operating on the navigable waters of the United States. 46 U.S. Code § 70014: a federal crime to cause the beam of a laser pointer to strike any vessel operating on the navigable waters of the U.S. I confirmed with the poster of the video below that this occurred during a Bledsoe session out on Wrightsville Beach in Wilmington, NC sometime around 9-10pm. Disguising as someone interested in attending a Bledsoe session, I asked if I could bring my own laser pointer, he said “No”. When I asked if Bledsoe was the one using the laser pointer, he wouldn’t answer. I will be contacting Wilmington PD to inform them of these events that are clearly documented happening.

This dude is the biggest UFO grifter
No, Lue Elizondo (@LueElizondo). The only reason you’re crying about the UFO “community” is because the members of the community (like myself) have caught you multiple times outright lying to the public and claiming ordinary things (like reflections of chandeliers on balcony windows and crop irrigation circles) are “UFOs”. Whatever your motives are, whether it be for clout, to sell books, monetary gain, or pure stupidity, one thing is for certain: you are not a credible person and you’re a fraud.

A reminder to everyone who is asking "where are Grusch's first hand whistleblowers?" You forget we have heard from one--Jake Barber. A man who said he saw combat during the liberation of Kuwaiit despite being in High School when Kuwaiit was liberated. A man who told the world the chemical burns he sustained during a training exercise at Fort Bragg were the result of an interaction with a UAP during a crash retrieval. A man who went on @AmericanALCHMY and bragged about being involved with the trafficking of vulnerable people from 3rd world countries. There is your first hand witness. Don't forget.

Let’s pretend everything David Grusch said was 1000% accurate and catastrophic disclosure… 24 hours later… You woke up, showered, went to work, came home and are planning dinner. What’s changed? Nothing, absolutely nothing. That is exactly the result.

Just finished listening to the 2.5 hour convo on Rogan with David Grusch. I have to say I find it hard to take him seriously. At the end Joe thanks him for his service to the country, and Grusch waxes poetic about how he just wants to let Americans know what is actually going on. And what is that? Grusch explains that the government has dead reptilian aliens that soldiers shot dead, after the reptilians killed a number of US soldiers. This was part of the war on Earth between the grays and the reptilians that, again, the military is involved in. There’s a UFO so huge that it can’t be moved so the government built a giant building around it. There’s an underwater structure the size of many city blocks in an ocean somewhere that houses more aliens who are monitoring us. And on and on with lots of references to Star Trek and multiple Hollywood SciFi films, which to my ears is exactly what all this sounds like. Grusch tells a fantastic story that if true would be beyond belief, but then when Joe asks him for details Grusch clams up, even claiming that people in our government have threatened his life (after explaining that he uncovered a child trafficking operation in the government). Question: if David Grusch is really afraid for his life why is he telling millions of people all these stories (but when asked for evidence goes silent)? I’m sorry, but my skeptical alarms go off when I listen to Grusch. It is very difficult to believe. I know many of you on X seem to hold him in high regard so what am I missing? Even he told Joe “I know this all sounds completely crazy.” Yup.

Just finished Rogan. I have never seen anyone self blood eagle themselves like Grusch just did. Not even Joe was buying that silly surface level rehash of UFO lore. I think people are finally realizing the guy isn't credible, and believes literally everything.
