Happy to report I lost weight while on vaca! 2lbs! This was the first vaca I didn’t want to drink most days and didn’t feel hungry throughout the day. The food and portion sizes in Aruba are also a lot fresher and healthier so that def helped. Plus walked on the beach a few days
