A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him.
Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. I wish people would learn that the primary is where you fix the problems in your political party. If you come to hate your GOP rep voting for the Democrat in the general election to get rid of the GOP guy is stupid. Voting in the primary to get rid of the GOP rep is the smart thing to do.
Most politicians aren't scared of the general election but imagine how many of them would shit their pants at having to fight a grueling primary election.
Politicians rely on most people ignoring the primary elections.

I've been thinking about Shiloh's case all morning.
Regardless if you agree or disagree with what happened -
It is absolutely insane that the offensiveness of the "n-word" is predicated entirely on the skin colour of the person saying it.
You'd never see a black person being charged for using it. And it's actually so normal that it is used in music, film, shows, popular speech among black Americans.
But if a White person says it, in ANY context, now it's a problem? Now it becomes offensive? You basically forfeit your life if you use the same word that black Americans call each other every day.
Do you know how fucking stupid and ACTUALLY racist that is?
