The Tale of the ROAD DAWGS continue! @VMFootball_ rolls Winterset, 55-20, moving to 2-1 on the season. Lexon Blevins is Week 3's #Local5Blitz Game Ball recipient, with two long touchdowns (one was a play of the week!). Highlights from our friends at @DomeDynasty:

Iowa 2A Way-Too-Early Title Contenders: @VanMeterDawgs Losing a lot from the state runner-up squad, the Van Meter still returns leading rusher and tacker, Christian Williams, plus @LexonBlevins and @AdamDawgs09, the Bulldogs could make another run. prepredzone.com/2026/01/iowa…

#iahsfb HIGHLIGHTS: How about them ROAD DAWGS? @VMFootball_ stood on business, right from the jump (helluvan INT, @tatedoggett21), & defeated Roland-Story, 24-14. Lexon Blevins was VM's first TD on a 59-yard jet sweep. Only up from there. #Local5Blitz x @weareiowa5news
