It’s not a competing party it’s a takeover plan to rebrand the party already with ballot access.
The LP Mises Caucus have officially formed a competing party against @LPNational, known as the American Liberty Party. While it has no program, the ALP appears to be part of the Caucus's attempt at courting the America First movement. Its main goal: electing Massie as president.

The site clearly shows that the ALP is owned and funded by the Caucus under its Mises PAC. It also appears to mimic the presentation and principles of the already existing Constitution Party.
