I don't find running easy. At school I was always the overweight kid who got laughed at! But now I'm doing 5k cos I want to. This morning I ran a respectable 32mins something, that's shaved off a few mins since my last. I'm proud of myself. – at Kedington, England

Yesterday I ran nearly 15k. 3.5 solo, then 10.4 with my group. Furthest distance I've ever ran in a day. The pace of my solo run was quicker ever pace too. I'm so bloody proud 👏 – at Haverhill, East

Last week I completed a 10k, sub one hour. I ran the first 5k in 29m30 which was another PB. Then today I smashed my Park Run PB by 70secs...I CANNOT believe it. 28M42 chuffed!! – at Kedington, England
