I'm still alive but I've had the most difficult time in my life in the past 6 months in particular. Thank you for your prayers. My life took an unexpected turn for the worst and I have a lot of healing and reorientation to do.

Many old souls have important missions they are called to embark on in the coming months. At this point however, the priority is to focus on your inner healing journey. Don't rush towards your mission with an inflated ego or you'll be humbled until you do your shadow work.

People who carry a lot of trauma frequently engage in substance or behavioral addictions. During the shadow work journey those addictions fade away as there's nothing to numb anymore.

Lower sexuality that is based on ego, trauma, and unconsciousness is primarily concerned with gaining power and control. We make room for the merging of authentic love and sexuality once we heal and surrender to the divine.

You cannot rush your inner healing work. If you attempt to accelerate the process or take shortcuts, you actually sabotage yourself and block your progress. Part of the lesson is to surrender to higher forces, letting go of the egoic need to "be in charge".

People who are at a lower level of vibration experience sexuality as only a physical act. Trauma & unconsciousness cause the disconnect between the physical & spiritual expression of sexuality. As people do their sexual shadow work, they are able to experience the full spectrum.

Some people keep asking me for evidence on statements such as "sexual energy is the key to accessing higher realms of consciousness". External evidence only exists in the old Matrix. The new paradigm is to rely on your inner intuitive resonance instead.

There is hardly a topic about which there is more confusion than sexual energies and how they are a connection to higher realms of consciousness. This topic is highly controversial and polarizing but this demonstrates that we need to talk about it more, not less.

Our sexuality is one of our most powerful tools for connecting to higher densities of consciousness. That is why the Reptilian Cabal has turned it against humanity, overburdening us with sexual traumas. To achieve true sovereignty we need to integrate the sexual shadow side.

Sexual energies are more than mere physical urges. They are a gateway to higher planes of consciousness. Once we learn to master them, we can unlock tremendous amounts of divine creativity and wisdom.

We are programmed to operate in a fast paced manner that is unnatural and keeps us enslaved to old paradigms. The key towards true freedom is to move from acting towards being. This takes time so we need to learn to patiently surrender to the unknown mysteries that lie ahead.

Why should you care about your past lives? Because many of your emotional traumas in this life originated in one of your previous lives. Obtaining past life insights can help you to connect the dots in order to understand and heal your traumas.

People who hold grudges against others tend to carry unresolved traumas within. Whenever a trauma is healed, it's easy to move on from those past grievances. You won't forget what other people did to you but it's easier to forgive them as you see the bigger picture.
