There is rhythm and balance around us, and in others’ lives. We should not try to either improve or disturb them.
Struggles and failures are specialties of this earth. Only when we struggle we gear up our entire personality; otherwise we will be lethargic.
We must introspect, analyze and accept the responsibilities for all of our actions, good and not so good. This is how we practise the Truth and true living.
We have to take responsibility for our actions. We should not try to find reasons and excuses outside us.
All answers, all solutions, possibilities, and opportunities are within us. But almost all the time we try to look for these things outside.
Do not seek experiences in Meditation. If you seek experiences, the mind will provide you the experiences.
In Meditation we become aware of the silence first. Then we become aware of the Stillness, and then of the Light. We have to experience all these.

We have to accept, without hesitation, that there is a great Intelligence behind the whole Creation. We call this great Intelligence God, and He is Pure Consciousness, full of Love and concern. If we can accept God as the most important Reality and the most wonderful Presence in our life, we can imagine Him as another person in some form or no form, as Light, or as a mere Presence in us and around us all the time. Suggest some titles.
If we can accept this reality, it will be easy for us to totally surrender ourselves and our interests in His hands. Then we accept anything in life. It is then, we accept anything that we go through in life as His will, as His gift. This acceptance is very important. Let us bring God into our lives.
In Meditation we have to let go of everything – let go of thoughts, emotions and even the technique of Meditation.
For successful Meditation, be aware that you are in charge, not your body, mind & intellect. Just being aware is enough. Many thoughts and emotions are kept out.
Meditation works as a bridge between us and God, between the material Life and the Spiritual Life, between us and the Creation.
