The average powerlevel is so high that picking Charade means you basically picked a top tier. Not only are you basically guaranteed to get a good character imitation, you can also get multiple banned characters' movesets. Charade should be banned in every competitive format.

There are a lot of things I could say about these characters, and they wouldn't get me in trouble, so I will. I think these characters actually take skill and engagement with the game to use well and are fun to play against. I genuinely enjoy playing against oomfs who use them
