I want to give Mystic the benefit of the doubt because I know spotting AI can be tricky. I really don't want to dogpile someone. I won't act "high and mighty" because I have made mistakes before. I am not always the best at identifying AI art. Unfortunately, in the past I was tricked by AI myself on Etsy. Granted, this was in 2024/2025 and I never had my model or art fed into AI. I purchased backgrounds and assets that turned out to be AI. It felt horrible but I learned to be cautious about who I purchased from. I've also bought an asset that was completely stolen from another artist (I did get a refund, deleted the files, and purchased the asset from the proper artist). However, the person I am QRT has asked Mystic twice to show proof of the Etsy order. I can easily access all the content I discussed above with dates in less than 30 seconds. We have yet to see the evidence from her. Instead, she is posting her commissioned art. Mystic, I don't think you're a bad person. However, avoiding the situation or doing damage control isn't going to make this better. You need to show us the evidence of the purchase or admit you made a mistake and did this yourself. The internet is going to judge us regardless of our actions but you have to at least have the guts to stand by the decisions you made.
