There will be an #ottbike rally and ride at City Hall on Tuesday at 5 pm both to mourn the people recently killed and injured in our city and to voice opposition to Ford's anti-cyclist bike lane law. Please join in.
In Trumpian fashion, Ford’s divisive leadership style pits ppl against each other. Blaming bike-lanes is political rhetoric that creates dangerous conditions for cyclists. Emboldened, impatient drivers are encouraged to play chicken with their fellow citizens who cycle...
Please consider our safety and acknowledge the truth that bike lanes are the solution to (not the cause of) congestion. Giving license to angry behaviour is not the solution.
