The recent superseding indictment, which is an attempt to get around a major Supreme Court ruling regarding presidential immunity, is beyond outrageous. It’s vindictive. We’re less than 70 days out from the election, and there are no new facts in this case.

A Washington, D.C. grand jury controlled by a vindictive prosecutor would indict any Republican for anything.
