Interesting to see the vision for adopt & fos to come together on a shared register. If this will be used for matching (as is proposed) then it would make sense to include residential care in this. It would create huge efficiencies & create more capacity on the frontline.

Foster families do a remarkable job under increasingly difficult conditions. Children are clearly benefiting. Providers and policy makers must find new ways to support and respect them more in unprecedented times. We have to cherish them if we want to retain and recruit more.
