Greatness isn’t achieved by worrying what everyone thinks of you. Don’t look outside. The praise, criticism, expectations; it’s all just noise. Look inside to your heart and soul and do your thing. Do it with love and create greatness from the inside out.

We don’t need our teachers to be the most talented, the most innovative, or the most tech savvy. We need them to care about kids… care about their craft… work well with their colleagues… and come to work every day, excited about making a difference.
This is so awesome! Communication is a key component to understand how each of us can grow to reach our goals. We all need to listen. ❤️❤️❤️ @loudlearning @KidsDeserveIt #KeepItPositive raisingmylittlesuperheros.co…

Teachers, NEVER let anyone make you feel guilty for enjoying your time off from school. Whether its excited on a Friday afternoon or even that summer is near. Teachers pour out their heart & soul on a daily basis! You're human, you have to recharge!
This is so true. The more corners we cut the stress will continue to become worse. I wonder if this could be the reason kids don’t like school? Please bring this back. Thanks for sharing @DrBradJohnson #KeepItPositive

Sometimes kids push their boundaries. That’s what they do. Most adults were kids once. It’s good to remember.
We hold kids accountable… but we still can show grace; we can still demonstrate compassion; and we always respect their dignity.
