Thank you @oldquayhouse for a fabulous meal on Sunday 25th June. It was just beautiful food 😋. And I’d forgotten how stunning the view is. #foweyriver #lovefowey #lovegreatfood

Thank you @toyahofficial for a fabulous gig last night. Great music & chat. And you looked & sounded amazing! Loved hearing new songs (to me 😁) too - Dance in the Hurricane and Take Me Home. #bravo #concordeclub #ThankYou
Cracking holiday read! Albeit I started it months ago (one page a night type of reader! 🤦🏻♀️). Superb book written during Covid when known of us really knew what was real. It’s vivid, witty, hopeful and well researched. 🧡 #wishyouwerehere #jodipicoult #carvoeiro #algarve
Thank you @BizSouth for the mention. Cracking conference. Enjoyed lots. Learned more. Met some great people.
In case you missed it at our Annual Conference last week - check out these fantastic illustrated boards created by The Glow Studio during the event to highlight the key speakers, themes and topics on the day.

A big thanks to @BizSouth and all speakers for the energising and insightful breakfast and panel discussion today. Many exciting initiatives and opportunities for the maritime & leisure industries. Topics included training academies, the free port and water taxis! ✨.

Sat on the floor, boiling, dumb bells, ankle bands and weights scattered behind. Monday bi-weekly training session done 👍. Thank you @ExtrafitUK - I would merely stroll around the block without your dedication and know how 😁💪
Genuine question: why do women only play 3 sets in tennis? We don’t run less in a marathon or play less time in football. Surely it’s another old fashioned gender inequality. Would love to know the reason why, perhaps I’m missing something. #Wimbledon #Wimbledon2022
Off to the Regenerate Annual Conference today at Lakeside North Harbour, hosted by @BizSouth .
Botley station to Coshsm. Save on the car and get to walk too! Win win on the environment and for LL 💪 😎
