The best thing I ever did was stop drinking alcohol…. Not that I was ever a big drinker ever but not drinking any more at all I feel so more alive 😁
I cut soft drinks and sugar drinks and energy drinks as well nothing out artificial!!!
Tom Holland nailed something most people never think about.
If alcohol were invented today and someone pitched it as “a drink that might make you happy, aggressive, or stupid,” nobody would touch it. It would never make it to market.
The only reason we don’t see the damage is that it’s normal. It’s at every wedding, every dinner, every celebration, so the addiction just blends in.
And I love how he talks about not drinking. He doesn’t treat it as missing out. He treats it as being the one everyone can count on to get home safe.
That’s a quiet flex more men should aim for.

the #VIX is on the move.... up 35%!
That does not automatically mean Bitcoin falls (straight away) BTC has often bounced around sharp VIX spikes as extreme fear marks capitulation. The key is whether the VIX peaks and reverses. A rejection from 23.39 supports the bounce. A weekly close above it puts 30 in focus... Will cover tonight in my LIVE
