@AmazonHelp ….so if Amazon can’t fix the issue in their own system where an expired credit card triggers declining all future purchases, I guess I can never shop again. I’m not getting a different card just for Amazon

@AmazonHelp I had a Prime Account for years and used it often. Then, my credit card on file expired and my Monthly Prime charge was declined— fast forward to almost a Year later I have Re-added the card multiple times, I have chatted with a customer service member……more
