The strike is over! I'm proud of SAG for continuing to fight for the livelihood of every actor. As someone who used to live below the poverty line, hauled ass to auditions and struggled to live, I have experienced firsthand how these things matter. Bravo and see you on set!

BREAKING: The WGAE Council and WGAW Board have unanimously voted to end the writers strike, effective tomorrow, Wednesday, September 27. Writers will be able to return to work during the ratification process of the new contract.

Perusing the deal points in the contract. No need for the Negotiating committee to hype with words like “historic” and “unprecedented,” so they don’t. The gains speak for themselves. An amazing achievement by the negotiating committee and the solidarity of the guild.

well we laughed, we cried, we fucked around, we found out, we murdered some trees and we wished a little light homelessness on certain people, but overall i think we can all agree i personally did a great job! now if you’ll excuse us we need to go atone!!!!!!
